Eddie Peabody’s short battle with cancer ended on Wednesday afternoon. His children were able to visit and say their goodbyes before he passed away. He spent over 10 years volunteering with GVC, including holding a Vice President position on the Executive Board, and Chairing the Traffic & Arroyos Committee. He was also on our Planning & Architecture Committee, and he was a member of Pima County’s Planning Commission. We ask that you send your positive thoughts to his friends, his family, and his band family (The Noisemakers). He was a wine and art connoisseur, and a boisterous soul who could liven up any event.
