BOARD OF REPRESENTATIVES

The GVC Board of Representatives is the body that governs the affairs of the Green Valley Council. Each member Homeowners Association appoints a representative to participate on this board. The Board of Representatives meets from September through May each year. The Board of Representatives approves the annual operating budget, any amendments to the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws of the Corporation, the Executive Committee goals, and applications for membership. The members are the informational conduit between their respective homeowners and the Green Valley Council.
