The Parks Advisory Committee (PAC) evolved from the Park Advisory Committee established in 2018 to engage and lobby Pima County to accept the donation of the former Canoa Hills Golf Course. The PAC engages with staff at both Pima County Regional Flood Control District and Natural Resources Parks and Recreation and with local 1st Responders to address issues ranging from park development to safety concerns. PAC sponsors forums on the parks and wildlife-related issues.
